VETERANS

At El Jay’s, we express our gratitude to US Military veterans by offering a discount tailored specifically to them. To qualify, veterans must provide a scanned or photographed copy of one of the following documents: DD-214, state-issued ID with Veteran endorsement, or VA card. Please note that this discount is exclusively applicable to veterans, and we are unable to offer discounts for family members of veterans.

Acceptable documents for verification include:

      • VA card

      • DD-214 (or other honorable discharge paperwork)

      • Military service records

      • State-issued driver’s license or photo ID with a veteran classification

    LONG-TERM DISABILITY

    Individuals with long-term medical disabilities are eligible for a discount by providing either a certification from a physician or a disability income acceptance letter as proof of disability. At El Jay’s, we respect the need for professional confirmation of disabilities and are unable to independently determine eligibility.

    Acceptable documents for verification include:

        • A signed letter from a doctor, hospital, or government agency indicating a long-term or permanent disability

        • SSDI income awarding letter or update to benefit statement

        • Direct Deposit Check

      LOW-INCOME

      El Jay’s Assistance Program is open to any American citizen with low income. To apply for low-income assistance, please submit a copy of your tax return from the previous year. Eligibility is determined based on whether your yearly taxes state that your income falls below the federal poverty level. If you are uncertain about your eligibility, please check here. In certain cases, alternative forms of proof of income may be accepted.

      Acceptable documents for verification include:

          • Tax return (completed and returned by the IRS, either current or from the previous year)

          • EBT card (combined with state-issued photo ID or license)

          • Medicaid card (combined with state-issued photo ID or license)

          • SSI awarding letter or update to benefit statement

        HOW IT WORKS

        El Jay’s Assistance Program allows eligible individuals to enjoy discounts of up to 40% OFF. You must be 21+ to order for delivery regardless!

        Please note the following exceptions:

            • Branded merchandise is not eligible for discounts.

            • Discounts cannot be combined with other coupons.

            • Discounts may be applied with the rewards points you’ve accumulated.

            • The discount may only be used by the qualifying individuals and cannot be used to purchase products for others.

          Sure, you are welcome to request your refund if either your product has not been shipped yet following your order confirmation, or if there is a problem with your product/order that you can showcase with detail and send information into [email protected] for review.

          We are a licensed Hemp and CBD manufacturer with various locations in the USA. All of our finished products are produced and packaged in cGMP certified facilities.

          At this time we are servicing all retail orders and requests only within the United States. Under the proper circumstances, we may be able to ship wholesale and bulk orders internationally.
           
          There are extra fees involved with international orders including various taxes and a document preparation fee for customs. There is also only a select amount of products we offer that have international approval.
