Shipping Policy

Most orders ship out the next business day after payment is verified. Please allow up to three business days to process and ship your order. While we strive to ship out all orders with one business day upon payment verification, we may require additional time to process and ship orders. We ship all orders with ground, two-day, or overnight shipping.

States/Areas we DO NOT ship to: New Hampshire, Michigan, Iowa, Connecticut, Colorado, California, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Arizona, and Mississippi

Product Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a store credit/refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit/refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

At this time we are servicing all retail orders and requests only within the United States. 

Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and billing address/phone number provided when the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized users (per our website terms) dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
